1. Your Right to Cancel (The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Cancellation Period: You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to notify us of your decision to cancel.
How to Cancel: You can send a request to cancel to fashion@wansom.shop.
Returning the Goods: Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.
Refund: We will issue a full refund, including the basic cost of shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier).
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our UK returns address. We will only refund the basic shipping costs from your original order. If you paid for express or premium delivery, we will refund only the standard shipping amount.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure your products are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. However, if an item is faulty or damaged:
Within 30 Days of Delivery: If you discover a fault within 30 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund. You must contact us and provide proof of the fault. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
How to Report a Faulty Item:
Please email us at fashion@wansom.shop with your order number, a clear photo or video of the fault, and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide you with a return label if the item needs to be sent back.
3. General Conditions for Returns
Condition of Returned Items (for “Change of Mind” returns): When returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you are allowed to handle the goods to the extent necessary to inspect them, just as you would in a physical shop. If the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling beyond this, we may make a deduction from your refund.
